Here is a local copy of the as-published pdf file: 2001q3_p077.pdf. Note that the diagrams in the original article were much more legible that are shown in the PDF file. Note also that in the Dedicated Systems Magazine publication, Figure 1 was erroneously labeled as: "Long Term Clock Drift Error". The correct caption should have read: "Instantaneous Clock Error"
